UTC as a timezone

I like to monitor as UTC and it's not a choice. Please add.

With a little googling I found this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_UTC_time_offsets

You can use Europe/Spain as a sub for UTC as Europe/London shifts in DST +1 in summer)

That would work, but why not just simply add UTC to the system as an update, then it will always be correct.
BTW,I'm doing that currently.

Spain uses CET (UTC+1), and if I’m not mistaken also observes daylight saving time (and so will be in UTC+2 for half the year). You were probably looking at the (Spanish) Canary Islands, off the coast of Africa.

Try Africa/Bissau. They observe UTC all year round.

However - UTC should be an option in the list. As radio hams we have to ‘think’ in UTC a lot of the time already. I would even contend that UTC should be the default time zone.
