Cannot calibrate ZUMspot to a lower or decent BER percentage

Hi,
I have two (2) ZUMspot which I use with my TYT's-MD380/390 radios and my Alinco DJ-MD5TGP Dual Band DMR and the BER numbers are always 0.0% at the most 0.1%, in other words Perfect!!
I just bought a TYT MD-430 UHF-DMR and I cannot adjust a good BER (Bit Error Rate) the lowest I get is 3.9% to 4.2% always on the orange zone never on the green zone.
This happens on my two (2) ZUMspots I own.
Please, does anyone knows what might be causing this high BER number?
