DStarRepeater-Pi-Star:4.0.0-RC4 / Dashboard: 20190628

Using Pi3B+ with DStarRepeater on Pi-Star:4.0.0-RC4 / Dashboard: 20190628

DVRPTR V1 + DStarRepeater - This configuration has been error free until now. Now I see DStarRepeater looping and restarting over and over again. Daily manual ssh updates... On a reboot or fresh start DStarRepeater will run for awhile then stop, then run again, then stop. It's reflected on the dashboard and in the log.

It appears something in the update changed the DStarRepeater behavior...

Well thats a new and exciting way for it to be broken... We're using the vanilla version of DStarRepeater too...
Reverted the binary, update again and it will be back to how it was.

Reverting backwards on the binary resolved the issue.
