Upgrade to 4.1

Do you have to image 4.1 to a card? I tried the upgrade in expert menu but it said 4.0RC4 was the latest. Is 4.1 only for RPi4?

3.x > 4.1 or 4.0 > 4.1 needs a re-flash.
