Distortion and firmware update fail

hello I have tried searching for a solution to no avail for a long while and unsuccessfully on the forum

Checked pins are connected to update firmware HS_HAT:v1:3:7 which fails with error I have researched as not connected pins etc which mine are using ssh command for correct frequency board

Getting a weird distortion at the end of listening to an over and sounds like a head in a dustbin on YSF-net- distortion deafening only as over finishes


tried a hotpot off phone without success and latest firmware from yaesu for ft-991 and 47 degrees temp on pi zero.
