"Could not resolve host: github.com"

DNS issue, not a PiStar problem. Leave it and your ISP or whoever you use for DNS will fix it.

I got that series of errors also. A reboot and a second try worked.

Or a possible lack of internet access...

Or a temporary GitHub glitch.

I am seeing this a lot lately myself. Once it starts, my only fix is to burn a new SD Card.

My first thought was a DNS issue, but no other DNS issues and I can manually update (hit the Update Menu item) on other Hotspots and they go right through, come back to the problem one and it fails with the same error. Re-booting in my case doesn't help.

That's how I fixed mine. The sd car went bad a 16 Gig card I got from Micro center so I know it wasn't fake went bad and shows 30 gig. So I imaged a new 32 gig SD card and it started working.

I am getting this same error and on all my hotspots. Has to do with my internet somewhere... Currently on my internet on the same network as the hotpots, to post this!

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/AndyTaylorT.../Pi-St ... _sbin.git/': Could not resolve host: github.com

UPDATE!!! My normal address for router is 192.xxx.xxx.1. Somehow it got changed to ....2. Changed it back and OK....
