Unable to open pi-star

I have a jumbospot which I upgraded from ver 3.4.16 to 3.4.17 sans any issues.

I logged in using "raspberry" as the password, backed up the previously saved configuration file, saved changes and everything worked OK

I then SHUT down the pi-star and disconnected the power to the jumbospot after about a minute or so.

After a couple of hours or so when I switched on the Jumbospot and tried to log in with the command (as I had done previously) pi-star/, or even with the known IP-address, nothing happens.

I wonder what has gone wrong and I wonder if there is a way to re-set the jumbospot so that I may restart?

Any advice will be appreciated

Did SWITCH OFF and waited 5 minutes... Now it's working. Thank goodness!!!
