Hello
It is not the two files that I want but to be able to open my STAR / ADMIN page which will allow me to connect to Pi star configuration.
I powered my MMDVM Mini when I consult networks I do not see pi star setup. On my mini MMDVM the leds green and red flash but I do not see on his screen MMDVM nothing is registered

Pi zero, Pi3 Pi4 ?

If pi3 or 4 use a wired connection - believe me, its faster .

If pi Zero - how long did you wait? The AP (access Point) mode can take up to 3 minutes to show in a wifi list

It shows as either pistar-setup, or pi-star-setup (I have seen it both ways.

If this is a new burn (new Pi-Star) then these are the names you look for -- If you changed the hostname before, (I have 2 deskstar and mobilestar) then if trying to connect to a NEW network the pistar does not know about you look for the hostname-setup instead (e.g. deskstar-setup, mobilestar-setup, etc.)

99% odds that you are specifying the wrong hostname on the connection attempt or you have a router that blocks LAN<>LAN web connections (or your unit is not even in the same LAN, and the configuration is for the dashboard to be "private").

Note: since I'd renamed my node as pi-star-3b, I just made an attempt to open "pi-star" (http://pi-star/ -- nothing else) and got http://www.pi-star.com/ which is a totally unrelated external site. I get a 404 error trying for .../admin on that. The 403 error indicates that you ARE reaching /some/ webserver -- but don't know whose.

Presuming you have not somehow changed the hostname, open a command shell and report the results of

ping pi-star
ping pi-star.local
ping pi-star-setup (also try with .local)
ping pistar-setup (also try with .local -- I believe both variations have been seen in the past)
