Apply Changes from putty command line

I am working with a nextion screen and I need to be able to trigger the "Apply Changes" in the pi-star main configuration.
I can toggle the all the required services from the screen but it would be much easier to trigger the "Apply Changes" to clean up.
Services I can Toggle include,
All the main modes: DMR, YSF, D-Star, NXDN, P25
Crossovers: DMR2YSF, DMR2NXDN, YSF2DMR, YSF2NXDN, YSF2P25
Gateways: dmrgateway, ysfgateway, nxdngateway, p25gateway
I can set parameters in any of the /etc/??? config files
After I set the parameters I toggle the services,
I have a massive script file to set up all the modes,
If I could trigger the "Apply Changes" function in Pi_Star, I could streamline the script files

I tryed "php /var/www/dashboard/admin/configure.php" but it fails. Is there some other way to get this to run
