Fatal Error During Update

I have never seen this before. Can someone explain what I am doing wrong? I just flashed 4.1 RC4 to a card and put it into a pi3B+/generic jumbospot. It still works but this update doesn’t.

Well I rebooted it and it worked finally. But anyone able to teach on this would be appreciated.
