OLED with Pi-Star 4.1

Just installed 4.1 and I see that the OLED is blank until some RF/Net activity is generated. Is there a setting to bring the rolling screen-saver back?
Go Expert mode MMDVM , scroll down to oled section (if this is your type of screen) then LogoScreensaver change from zero to 1 to enable it.
