Hi there, why is the date and time wrong on my dashboard even though I have set it to my time zone (AEDT) in the configuaration?....Thanks for your help.

Because RPi's don't have traditional real time clocks with a battery backup. The time is synced during boot with a time server over the network.

Try rebooting it, that should fix it, but it is also possible the network is taking longer than normal to become stable. I explained it in a similar post.
