Version 4.1 and WIFI

Has anyone else noticed that the downloaded image of Ver 4.1 dated March 26th will not find a 5Ghz wifi signal without being updated first?
I did multi loads without the update and they never did see a 5Ghz wifi signal. Lots of 2.4Ghz. tons

But i do a update from the dashboard and then it seems NOT to have a problem finding 5Gzh wifi.

In the process of updating, did you happen to change the country code for the Wifi?
