dvmega issues no tx or rx

running a dvmega on a 3b pi--star ver 4.1 it will not tx or rx or connect to dmr master have used a different b3 and even replaced dvmega to no avail.
ran fix and repair from ssh root access still nothing. NEED HELP PLEASE

What firmware is your DVMega using? This is displayed in the "FW" field in the "Radio Info" section on the left side of the web interface. I'll suggest at least "DVMEGA HR3.26" for digital operations.

could you post a snap shot of expert settings of mmdvm host file that may help i think there is a bug in the calculator of the software

Interesting... Mine is a (dual-band) DV-Mega on a 3B (bought as a complete package from GigaParts), running the HR3.19 firmware practically non-stop since the summer of 2018. Originally using Pi-Star 3.x, and updated to 4.1.x when it came out of beta.

I've never had the nerve to figure out how to upgrade the firmware on the DV-Mega itself.

Minimum dvmega firmware for pistar MMDVM use is vs 3.07


As is often the case, newer updates are always recommended, but minimum for Mmdvmhost use is 3.07, so anything there or thereafter should work fine.
