Your dashboard runs from the server on the pi, so it's actually running inside your home network. So usually other users outside shouldn't/ wouldn't see it unless they were also part of ur home network also.
Can you still access the install via rf, does the radio still hear traffic? If you havnt done so already restart the router, then restart ur hotspot.
If you still can't access it, log into the router and look for connected devices. If it's showing connected the router will show an IP address, use that ip address instead of http://pi-star.

Thank you for the reply and advice

Everything was working normally with Dstar, the Hotspot and my 5100 the problem was that I was unable to see he dashboard on my PC.

Following your advice I have just rebooted my Router and Hotspot and I am now able to see the Dashboard on my PC !!

I don’t know why I didn’t reboot the hotspot I had already rebooted the router, as you write a reboot cures 99% of problems😂

I've never had much luck with http://pi-star, I've always had to add .local to the end to get the web GUI to load up for me.

Try http://pi-star.local, this always seems to work for me.
