Lowering the BER

Post by N2QYF »

It's been a while since I've done this and it is more than likely in one of the discussions in this forum...but I can't find it. Anyway, I was wanting to know where do I go after Config--Expert? I need to balance out the RX/TX to get the BER as close to 0% as I can. I am running pi-star version 3.4.17. Thx for the help....

I opened the website, it says " key your DMR radio". I do YSF. Anyway, my BER is running about 0.2%.

If your BER is 0.2 that's fine, generally anything below 0.8 will do.
