These setting appear to make the duplex hotspots around 99.9% There is still the occasional miss but nowhere near the way it was before.

So duplex means two radios ?
There is two RX and TX offsets,... but is only the the first two TX abd RX offset that is used to get dupplex working,.. I got TX value 925 and rx 50 .

??

Both ADF7021 radio chips are supplied by the same clock source, so any frequency offsets *should* be the same.

ok,..., I added 10cm coax cable for tranmitting antenna put it vertically,
BER is now under 1% before it connection happened randomly if at all.

What kind of antenna arragments you have used ?

How about 9W power amplifier, can you get reasonable whit few bugs ?
