stm32dvm bad audio output on kenwood tkr850

I have a repeater builder mmdvm setup with my kenwood tkr850v2 uhf repeater. After several days of adjusting the TX audio level between the board and the repeater almost completely perfect, the next day the audio signal is totally garbled. Tried adjusting the levels again still garbled. Repeater works fine without mmdvm board connected. Anyone know if theres a way to measure tx signal coming from the mmdvm board to see if its the board?

I am having a similar issue with the same modem. I resolved it yesterday by reseating the modem board on the GPIO slot and had clear transmissions all night but this morning the issue is reoccurring again. Starting to think this maybe a heat issue, my rig is in a C4 Labs case so it is enclosed and pretty tight. I am going to reseat it again and see what happens.
