Buying BI7JTA or other Hat in Europe?

I have currently a RPi3b+ with Nextion 2.4 (USB) and then a cheap Jumbospot Hat.
The Jumbospot is unstable (surprise...). I have tried to calibrate both RX and TX with my DMR radio, but still not satisfied.
I would like to buy a quality Hat for this setup. I shall be able to buy it in Europe as I don't wan't to double the price of the hat, by import taxes, and local handling fees. Simplex and single band UHF is fine.
Any recommendations for a quality Hat as above?

Not sure Bi7JTA are quality Hats, however found this one also:
