Yes. It will switch to the available network as needed.

I have had no luck saving 2 wifi networks in the pi-star software. I am using Pi Zero W Rev 1.1 (512MB) Pi Zero W Rev 1.1 (512MB) (DV-Mega Minimum Firmware 3.07 Required)

Click the configuration page, scroll down to the wifi at the bottom and click configure wifi. Should look something like this.. top network is first used, and so on down the line.
