WiFi Priority Setting?

Post by AC2UQ »

I currently have my Home WiFI and my Mobile Telephone HotSpot configured for my radio using Pi-Star

The Home is number 1 and the mobile is number 2.

I will be adding others as I travel.

I would appreciate knowing if and how I can change the priorities of the wi-fi connections so that my Mobile Telephone is always the first choice, if available.

Thanks,

Paul

Scroll down to the panel where you add new WiFi connections and simply move the connections around as they're listed top most is the highest priority, bottom most the least.

Thanks so much.

I'm not used to things beings so simple.

Very much appreciate this advice and Pi-Star overall.

All the best,

To make things even simpler, i give my phone the same ssid as my home network, that way there's no need for additional ssid's.

I'm trying to do the same and I don't see any UI elements that indicate there is a way to drag them anywhere. I also tried just moving my mouse over them and it's not showing any Hand to indicate I can move it.

I'm on macOS High Sierra with Firefox 60.0.1.
