Some RTL firmware missing from Pi-Star v4.1.0-RC2

Looks like some of the firmwares are missing from the Pi-Star v4.1.x images, those are coming back in the RC3 upgrade, I'll release that just as soon as I fix logrotate!

Don't know if you fixed it yet, but it caught me lately with a RPi-2 and RTL wifi USB that works fine normally, but will not load AP mode.

Here is dmesg when I plug in the RTL wifi and it loads up fine with my home wifi:

I am having the same issue with a Pi2 and the rt2800usb dongle. Pi-star version 4.1.4. This same dongle works perfectly on version 3.4.17.
