Step by step on how to change wifi information

I have always been electronicly challenged. I have a new wifi provider and I want to configure oi-star to the new wifi. Is there a step by step "how to" anywhere? Thanks for any help.

If you have a recent Raspberry Pi (Zero W, 3B, 3B+, 3A+, or 4B), you can use a Pi-Star feature called Auto AP (auto access point).
