RadioID showing instead of Call Sign

Why would a radio ID of the operator show on the dashboard of a Pi-Star instead of their call sign? I have two Pi-Stars, one I built and the other a Zumspot. Both are doing the same thing.

Potential problem with files on pistar.uk that pistar is downloading each night as part of nightly update.

The source used for updating the dmr_id's.dat file is missing several 10s of thousands of entries. Work is in progress to resolve this.
