PiZero unresponsive, no wifi

After a year my pi star is no longer on the network, tried to find it's wifi to connect and do setup, not showing up. tried a new image but not sure if I did the right one (used a new card), for the new image nothing comes up on the screen and no wifi of pi-star shows.
Any thoughts?

Make sure you are using the right image;
Pi-Star_RPi_V4.1.0_26-Mar-2020.zip from
http://www.pistar.uk/downloads/
