Pi3B updated and upgraded software, it works perfectly on cable but will not hold the wifi settings at home network (Virgin Media super hub 3). I tried directly modifying the config file and using wifi builder and shutting it down properly using control panel. Sometime it works once then refuses next time.
Annoying thing is that it works properly in work wifi but not my home network.
Does anyone have any ideas?#

Pi3B MMVDM simplex hat will not hold wifi settings
Re: Pi3B MMVDM simplex hat will not hold wifi settings
There is some suspicion that WiFi passwords containing certain characters are problematic for PiStar.
You could try changing your home WiFi password if possible, the other possibility is that something about your router at home is incompatible with the Pi's WiFi.
If memory serves there is a pull request outstanding for a fix for this, but it hasn't happened yet. Not sure if it's just in Andy's code or if it's in MMDVM. I suspect it's the former.
If you can live with a different password then that might be the simplest fix for now.
