WiFi will not save/connect

Using 4.1.2 I-star got in trying to add home WiFi. Add info for home info n password clicked save n connect. Nothing happens I know password is correct. Tried the WiFi builder file on Ed card in the "boot" partition. Will not show any networks. Any ideas? Thanks. KG5TDB 73's

SSID is not hidden as for WPA2 not sure. Will check later thanks

You are probably just better off creating a new thread and asking whatever questions you have rather than expecting someone to come back and explain how they fixed it. From what I've seen on the forum, the majority of users are here searching for a particular problem or issue, and once they've solved that issue, they vanish.
Five posts in two and a half years, and three were in this thread, is not a good sign that the user bothers to read the forum unless they have a problem.

Had to use the Pi-star wifi builder. That did it.
