My newly updated 4.1 release vers. doesn't do anything when it first boots up.

During the first initial boot of the 4.1 image the install runs pistar_expand. Which expands the storage on the SD card so all it's data storage available on it can be used. Previous images retained the storage capacity of the image and not what was actually available on the card.
Whilst it's doing its thing the install will not be available, and will appear as if it's frozen. Leave pistar-expand approx 5mins to do its thing. Obvs, very large capacity SD cards will take longer than smaller ones. Usually when you see pi-star AP available in your list of WiFi networks is when it's good to continue.
Pistar-expand is a one time event and will not run on any futhur start-up.
