DMR reporting GPS through the Pi

Hello there. I have a DMR GPS-capable AnyTone AT-D878 and a Raspberry Pi Zero hotspot running Pi-Star 3.4.16. I carry the hotspot with me and would like the radio to report its GPS coordinates through the Pi. Is this possible? Thank you and 73s.
