RP4 DMR Connection Failed

I have a raspberry pi 4 running Pi-Star_RPi_V4.1.0-RC7. It boots up and I am able to change the settings in the software; however, the DMR and DMR Net never turn green and they are just read. Also the MMDVM Dual hat does not display the screen output. Im not sure what I am missing.
