Recent OpenGD77 Updates improve Hotspot Mode

Recent updates (2/21/2020) to the OpenGD77 firmware by Roger Clark VK3KYY and a worldwide team have introduced a number of features, and excellent tier 2 (timeslot) support.

The firmware is loaded onto the GD77 Radioddity radios using OpenGD77 CPS software:

It is a known issue that the CPS is being tagged as "dangerous" by Chrome browser.

Experimentation has confirmed that a ferrite filter is needed on the USB and power cables leading top a Raspberry Pi to prevent RF from interfering with the USB interface.
