Extra Functions - Call Alert/Radio Check/Text Message

Using Pi Zero W Rev 1.1/Pi-Star:4.1.0-RC7
I've been told that there may be a reason for my radio being able to successfully use Call Alert and Text Message functions but NOT being able to use Radio Check.
I will test via a repeater shortly because I'm told these function may all work fine via a repeater but not my HotSpot.

Is there any info or setup instructions to make Radio Check work via this setup?

Apparently it's a misnomer. It's not unhandled in a way which fails.
