New TGIF Active Connections Status Bar

This bar seems to appear and disappear at random times.
What makes this bar appear and why does it drop off sometimes?
Also, the TG / Ref status doesn't refresh when you Link in the TGIF Manager. It needs the radio to key up to change it. Should this change (similar to the XLX linking process) when the Link Manager links?

great work so far.

Appear / Vanish - the API is queried every 15 secs or so, if it cant talk to the API, the section will vanish, the TGIF server has had a few issues over the last few days, I expect this will settle down soon.

TG/Ref status is a best guess based on the last traffic and NOT based on the network - that is quite pointless and I have been meaning to remove it for a while.

It changes with XLX because there is a voice message back on link/unklink from XLX, and so there is immediate traffic, see above, I will remove it before too long.
