Pi Star Hot Spot TS1 and TS2

I am very new to DMR and Pi Star.

I seem to have a rookie issue. I have been trying to access a local TG, 3027, on my hotspot with no luck. When I listen to this TG on a local repeater, which I can just barely access, there is traffic but on my hotspot nothing. I have the correct CC and TS for the talkgroup but it seems to default to TS2 as per the Dashboard. This TG on the repeater is accessed on TS1.

Is there an easy solution or am I making a rookie mistake?
