Not connecting to Brandmister

Hi, I am not able to connect my hotspot to Brandmister. I do have an account as well as a password. I am hitting a wall at this point. I attached a picture of my Admin page as well as DMR Gateway Full Edit. Can someone please help? Thank you.

You have network 1 (BM) turned off in the full edit.

well your settings look like mine assuming you made the edit...double check your BM Selfcare password and maybe set it again....also the 3103 server is closer to California, although that shouldnt matter....

Looks like a password error, you need to have a hotspot password set in the BM self-care part of their web site.

Note that the password for your BM account is not the same as the hotspot password.
