Has it ever worked?

yes and no. long story short, it is a Clone modem board, when I 1st started trying to set it up, I could transmit for a couple of seconds, and then mmdvm service would stop. I messaged the seller and they send me 3.4 version and that made the modem stable even after updating to 4.X.

I have got it to work on simplex when I was having service issues and I think I have got it to work in duplex (Don't hold me to that.)

Yes the LED's blink 3 times and the SRV light starts slow and then goes faster.

for fun and giggles I restored back to the version that was sent to me updated to get BM security on the dashboard and still no transmit.

I will check through the logs and see if i see anything or post them here.

I have thought about putting it in simplex to see if get anything there.
