Pi-star Activity vs Brandmeister hoseline

Hello,
I have noticed the following issues:
Some stations can be heard on the Brandmeister hoseline for a certain TG (i.e. TG91) but they will not show up and will not be heard on the hotspot, or listed in the Gateway Activity.

In fact sometimes I have monitored a station on the hotspot talking to another station, but only the first station could be heard.

Most station unlisted and unheard on the hotspot, but listed and heard on hoseline are from Australia, South Africa, some European countries.

Has anybody experienced this issue and is there anything that can be done?

Clearly other stations are talking to this "ghost" stations so I am not sure if it is an internet issues, a routing issues?

Cheers
Chris

I have been doing some testing, and I have noticed this as well. My observation has been that when I am monitoring some callsigns info will show up for a few seconds, but I hear nothing on my end, but the hoseline has audio. Also, there is a few second delay between the hoseline and when I receive. About 2 - 3 seconds.

I can confirm that Australian and South African stations are not shown on Pi-Star while they are active in QSO on the BM hoseline.

Anybody else reporting issues similar to this?
