Something is wrong...

I keep getting the same error. Can someone tell me what it means?

Yep, not a public mode hotspot and you are using a different DMR ID from configuration.

Configuration
if asked --- pi-star // raspberry
just under your modem selection is a field called Node Type field for what type of access to the hotspot you want --- Yourself Only (Private (my guess is this is your setting) ) or anyone (Public) -- Set it to public and then Apply Changes

Error gone (you MAY have to reboot the hotspot but maybe not.
