No network

Post by n8sn »

Using a jumbo spot for a while now. When I changed my WiFi on dashboard, I lost network connection.(Interface status:interface is down. I changed it back to my original WiFi, but that didn’t work. What can I do to establish my network connection.

If you can see the Configuration page to see the Interface Status, then you have some kind of connection going. Did you do a full reboot after configuring WiFi with new/changed settings?

I’m seeing the pi-star dashboard thru the pi- star Wyfi not
My Wyfi. I reset my Wyfi per instructions and put pc back on my home Wyfi. Display shows all info except IP address. It says (address unknown).

Are you rebooting your Pi-Star hotspot after saving your Wireless configuration changes?

If Pi-Star isn't connecting to your WiFi network, double check that you entered the network name and password correctly.

Also, be aware that a space in the network name can cause problems connecting to some routers.

Might help to reboot your router, too.
