Hotspot and AMBE Server clash

Hi,
I run a hotspot and AMBE server and and when im using my local network on my phone through the AMBE Server the audio is broken. I think it is sending the audio or receiving the audio from each device, maybe 50/50 it's very choppy. Is there some way of setting ports in the router and in the device to only send the data to the required device. When i go away from my local network and switch to 4g it goes, or so I'm told.
Is there a port number I can change?
