Good Morning all.
I'm curious if it's possible to setup a PiStar unit that grabs the information from all callsigns it see's and aggregate that data to APRS. I'd like to setup the unit to listen to our local repeater and grab all of our repeater users aprs position information and forward it out to APRS.
Thanks in advance best 73's K9GPV Mike out here in Indiana.
Solved: We found that by using IMRS to link the repeaters and giving them a a single exit point to our reflector allows us to using PiStar listing on the output of the repeater at the main site or a remote site and linking the pi-star to an empty room we maintain and setting the pistar to transmit on an unused frequency grabs the data and uses the inherent brandmeister connection to APRS. This works as we don't need to receive anything from the node it just needs to hear all the traffic as though it were a single user using the hotspot.
