YSF hosts file

Post by zl1cts »

Hi All

I have a YSF reflector on the same network as my pi-star, so I cant connect to it from selecting it from the list, what I believe I need to do is add my reflectors local address to the hosts file /etc/hosts ,but I am unsure of the name pi-star looks for

eg 192.168.1.3 MyReflector.xyz.ddns.net

so I am just after the hosts file format for the YSF entry

thanks

Try changing the default port on the reflector.

Had to do that a ways back when we hosted our YSF on a home network, prior to running it at a data centre.
