No data received back

Hi all, currently running a repeater is multi mode. YSF, D-STAR and DMR. All ok except users aren’t able to get data back so they can change to different rooms.
As an admin I can manually move it onto a room say FCS105 and radios are able to work the room I have manually linked. But now users get back no data.
The repeater is updated and all other modes are good.
BER levels are good.
Any ideas?
