NO Sound TX or RX

Can anyone help I have the same problem but I am using a PI 0 with MMDVM and the 4.0RC2 software. TX and RX light come on my Kenwood NX 5300 radio, but no sound, the blue TX light does come on when I push the PTT but nothing on the Dash. Frank KM4ZRT
