Pi-star issues

Hi. To start off - i am new to DMR and Pi-Star, but keen to learn. I will try to get things sorted before asking for help, but i am now desperate for help....PLEASE

I have a dual hat Pi-star with a 3" Nextion Screen.
Issue1:
Ever since i bought the unit (2nd Hand off Ebay) i have had an issue where it shows "Luxembourg" on TS1 when listening.

Issue2:
I did the update to get the new UK Brandmeister IP address - After this i realy struggled to reconnect to BM. After advice from their support and the Pi-star Facebook members, i am now reconnected, although the BM Dashboard now shows connected as Repeater and my Hotspot off-line (and i didnt know the difference )
I now have my Hotspot display showing the Callsign and name correctly, but all calls on TS1 are showing as USA (not the correct county) AND i am showing as TX from Russia (Im in England - unless something has happened i dont know about )

Please can somebody advise me how to fix these issues.

Also, It would be good if there was some way of checking the settings on my Hotspot to ensure it is correctly set up

i would REALLY appreciate some help as I am beyond frustrated with all of this.

Hi....and thank you for your quick response....unfortunately I have only just seen the message.

Issue 1:
I bought the hotspot already programmed......all I had to do was enter my DMR ID and callsign and it worked
It has been working "OK" with the only issue being it started showing Luxembourg when listening. (See attached image)
I have TG91 as a static talk group on TS1 and TG655 as a static on TS2.....set up on Brandmeister. (This seems to be working)
If i reset it to factory default, i don't know what to programme back in.....i am keen to learn, but cant find a "default" list of correct settings.

Issue 2:
I have not changed the ESSID
My Brandmeister page used to show a hotspot and a repeater.....both online.
Ever since the UK Master IP Address changed and i had to do the update, it has only shown the repeater online.
What you say makes sense, but i don't know what the difference is between a repeater and a Hostpot (i thought they were the same thing.)
You are dealing with a complete novice when it comes to these sorts of things
When you say delete the bookmark, are you talking about my windows 10 bookmark for the Brandmeister page?

Issue 3:
When I Tx, My Hotspot (or repeater is showing callsign correctly, but shows my location as Russia (im in the UK) (See attached photo)
When in Rx, my hotspot shows the callsign and name of the person transmitting, but shows the country as USA for all people transmitting (See attached photo)
You suggest restoring from default - as previously mentioned, i am not keen to do this without some sort of default list i can work from.
