YAESU VR-7x and ZumSpot DMR Hotspot

Hi,

New to DMR. I apologize if this topic has been addressed before. I searched the board and did not find anything.

I have a Zumspot Hotspot set up and configured. To the best of my ability, correctly. I have an old YAESU VR-7x HT. I am trying to connect via the WIRES function on the HT without success. Is it possible to use the VX-7r with the ZumSpot DMR device? If so, how?

A VX-7R is an analogue only radio, so it won't work with a digital hotspot even with Wires-X capability.
