I'm having trouble getting M17 to work on my pi-star hotspot. It works with DroidStar but my UV380G with OpenRTX can't communicate with pi-star. I have DMR, P25 and YSF running on an identical hotspot so I need some M17 specific help. I know M17 isn't supported officially so I can't get help here so I'm hoping there is somewhere I can go for help.

I modified pi-star for M17 support and built MMDVM 1.6.0. I have used a HackRF One to monitor the hotspot and UV380 M17 transmissions and they look good and are on frequency. I have tuned the hotspot RX frequency for a BER of around 3%
The hotspot will activate when I transmit on the UV380 and DroidStar receives the transmission but no audio is present, just noise (monitored with DroidStar).
When M17 traffic is sent out by radio by my hotspot, my UV380 shows a signal present but it doesn't break squelch. The CAN is set to 0 in the radio and hotspot.
Again, any help would be appreciated.
