Brandmeister.network not login

I am having trouble with being able to login to brandmeister.network on my pi-star hotspot I know I have all the correct setting as to dmr ID and my call sign plus I am using the correct master usa server but it just doesn't work I am not sure how to fix it plus I tried a few of the other options to connect to a dmr link up please help me out 73 de N2VGC

Log into ur BM selfcare acc and read the device logs to see if they give you an idea of why ur not connecting with the server.
