YSF VW mode disconnects

Are there people who have experiences with the YSF Voice Wide mode?

My passages are disrupted by random disconnects.

I am working YSF with WPSD and firmware 1.61 in VW or full rate mode. This mode is presenting difficulties because of sync drops. During my transmissions on an YSF reflector other stations noticed that I randomly stop transmitting on the reflector. Because I transmit others must tell me via a text that they cannot hear me. When I let go of the microphone and press the PTT button all is well again. Untill it repeats itself.

- It never happens with DN mode only VW mode.
- I work with an FT991A and a BER of 0.3 - 0.5.
- The problems are also detected with an FTM300
- On the dashboard only YSF is active.
- It also happens on the new version of Pi-Star 4.20
- It happens on Wifi and when connected with Ethernet
- The problem is random

Does someone recognize this VW problem and maybe has found a solution for it?
