What is the deal with the wifi config molesting symbols
I have a symbol in my wifi passphrase. This is not an issue on any machine other than those running pistar. Has been for about 5 years now. I always have to pull the sd card, delete the molestation, reinput everything as it should be and it works fine. None of my other linux machines or pis have this problem. Especially not since raspberry imager.
What is with this encryption of ssids and passphrases that cant handle a single symbol? It's not even a space. Just a symbol. Like !@#$%^&*&(). One of those.
Please stop encrypting super not secret ssids and passphrases. Then figure out a way to incorporate symbols.
